Our D28 is our largest frame that looks great on both women & men looking for a statement. If you’re looking for a frame design at work or going out at night that says, “These glasses have made it this far…you might not.” these may be what you’re looking for. These will not fold 4 different ways into a square the size of a Starburst. We have admiration for substance, and our D28 model is a signature piece. Made of 100% Acetate and cut with exact precision. We lazer etched “Izquierda” and “Derecha” across the tops so you don’t forget which side is the left, and which side is the right.

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To begin the return process, you will need to receive an RA (Returns Authorisation) number from us, please email us at returns@rosesttradingco.com.au and we will organise your RA number.
When returning items, please keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer's expense. Store Credits are valid for 12 months.
Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.
Unfortunately, our sale items are considered final sale, and returns cannot be accepted for these items.
Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
- Gift Vouchers, earrings and sale items are final sale, ie. non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Only full priced items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged.
- Items purchased in promotional sales (eg. storewide percentage off) are able to be returned for exchange or store credit as long as return rules are met.
- Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty
- Pre order items, excluding clothing are considered as Final Sale, these can't be returned unless faulty including all furniture items and lamps.
- Due to Health Regulations we do not return or exchange Earrings or Underwear.
OUR IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We love it when you shop in-store with us and we're always there to help which is why we don't offer refunds in-store. But if you change your mind, come in and see our friendly staff who can help you exchange something or give you a credit note, within 14 days of purchase.
Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
