Refund policy
At Rose St. we understand that shopping on the internet can be tricky, so we want to make sure you have a great experience with us!
If you need to return something, we'll be more than happy to give you a refund, credit note, or exchange.
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To begin the return process, you will need to receive an RA (Returns Authorisation) number from us, please email us at returns@rosesttradingco.com.au and we will organise your RA number. Ensure that all items are sent back to us in their original condition and are posted within 2 business days.
When returning items, please keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
For all full-priced items, you can choose a refund for returns requested within 2 days of your parcel being delivered. For requests outside of this 2-day window, a store credit will be processed. Please note that all refunds are subject to a $9.95 shipping fee. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, our sale items are considered final sale, and returns cannot be accepted for these items.
- Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
- Gift Vouchers, earrings and sale items are final sale, ie. non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Only full priced items can be refunded or exchanged.
- Items purchased in promotional sales (eg. storewide percentage off) are able to be returned for exchange or store credit as long as return rules are met.
- Refunds will be processed via the payment method used in the original sale and may take up 3 - 5 business days to appear in your account, once the order has been received back to us.
- Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty
- Pre order items, excluding clothing are considered as Final Sale, these can't be returned unless faulty including all furniture items and lamps.
- Due to Health Regulations we do not return or exchange Earrings or Underwear.
Please allow up to 10 Days for your Return to be processed.
OUR IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We love it when you shop in-store with us and we're always there to help which is why we don't offer refunds in-store. But if you change your mind, come in and see our friendly staff who can help you exchange something or give you a credit note, within 14 days of purchase.
Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
All sales are final. We are unable to process a return, credit note or refund for you. All items have been priced accordingly.
PROMOTIONAL DAYS (when we offer a % off storewide, particular brand or participate in a Third Party event)
No returns on sale items that have been further reduced. Full priced items, normal return policy applies.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
Should your goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within two (2) business days of receiving your order by emailing info@rosesttradingco.com.au. If you believe the item that you have purchased is faulty, please provide as many details and photos of the damage as possible.
We will reply within one business day regarding the options to return the order. We will provide you with a unique Returns Authorisation (RA) Number that you will need to quote on the outside of the parcel being returned. Any parcel that is received without a RA Number will be returned to sender.
You are welcome to return the product in store, but you will still need to contact us to obtain a RA Number prior.
Once we receive the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement.
