Whether it's caused by physical pain, loss or grief, life's stresses and challenges or mental health issues - darkness can sadly overwhelm. But there is light. Darkness ant exist when list is present. And nowhere am i reminded more of this than the coast at night. That sliver of moonlight breaks the darkness over the ocean and coastline - the darkness fades, retreats, lessens. Here, facing darkness, I find the light... and it's oh so beautiful.
