Follow this procedure for the optimal fragrance experience.
After Burning - Extinguish your candle with your Candle Snuffer.
Prior to Burning - Trim burnt wicks to no longer than 7mm with your Candle Wick Trimmer
Lighting - Ignite your candle again with your USB Rechargeable Electric Arc Lighter.
Cleaning - Clean the outside of your candle with your Cleaning Cloth.

- Free Standard Delivery for all orders over $150* excluding bulky & oversized items. Refer below.
- A flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $150
Your order will be processed and dispatched within three business days from the date your order is received.
*Excluding bulky & oversized items. Shipping rates for oversized and bulky items including but not limited to lighting, furniture, artwork, large baskets and some fragile items, will be quoted to you separately.
Express Delivery
- A flat rate of $20* excluding bulky & oversized items. Refer below.
Your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day from the date your order is received. All parcels are posted with the terms ‘authority to leave’ which means that Australia Post will leave your parcel in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.

Click & Collect
- At the time of checkout, simply select the option to ‘Pick-up’ and then complete your purchase.
- When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email notification.
- You can collect your order from our store at 1036 High St, Armadale (VIC).
- Orders placed before 3pm will usually be ready to collect after 4.30pm the same day unless there is an unforeseen delay.
