Direct your kindness inwards and relax if only for a moment with our Boucle Heat Pillow. Designed and hand-filled here in Australia with locally sourced Lavender and Barley, it will inspire a deeper state of rest while also easing symptoms related to period cramps, muscle tension and pain.
Made from a luxe and cruelty-free boucle upper and a soft cotton backing, gently heat in the microwave for two minutes to enjoy the comfort and warmth it brings, or place in the freezer for 10 minutes to turn it into an instant cool pack in warmer months.
Ingredients: Barley and Lavender
Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
